depends, i remember b4 Kaira start carrying biostar, already got some shops in SLS importing it. So if yours come with a Kaira warranty card and Kaira sticker on the box, by all means send back to Kaira for service.

anyway normal board warranty should be 2-3 years right ?

all depends, maybe 1yr also, see the vendor willing to give how long lor.

try Classic @SLSq level 6th(near public toilet area), but i can't rem wat's their unit no. they has been ard for 10+ yrs at the same location.

So bluecoral, did you manage to get it RMAed? I've also got a Biostar board that came as part of another system... can't see any sort of warranty sticker or what. Please share your RMA process/experience?
