MB with integrated graphics card
3ghz CPU 800 mhz FSB
512 RAM
80gig HDD
DVD-Rom (or writer...cant make up my mind)
approved PSU + casing
windows XP home/sp2

prices do fluctuate ALOT between shops...Fuwell and Bell qouted me 850 for these specs while PC themes and cyber mind are around 700- 750...the price fluctuate greatly becoz of the PSU ...some wise guy recommended me a 100 over dollar PSU

frankly i dun noe much about PSU but i juz know it can severely **** up the PC so i'm not taking any chances

true that the psu that u are getting from PC Themes is 'approved'. but it probably wouldn't last u long. if u get lucky, it will work for u for maybe a year or more. if unlucky, it will just pop one day and all of ur hardware goes with it.

the specs u are looking for, u don't even say what processor it is and what motherboard it is. how to help u?

whoever that "wise guy" was from, his recommendation of a over $100 PSU isn't wrong. he is trying to safe-guard the hardware that u have bought.

oh ya. if unluckily one day ur PSU explodes or shorts or whatever and takes ur whole computer's hardware with it, including ur "important' data, pls don't come back and cry for help.

i was recommended an Acbel 450W true power (2 yr warranty) PSU ...but i have conflicting reports on this PSU and how good it is...

hmmm...processor is juz single core 3ghz...MB is those that can support 3ghz with onboard graphics...my preference would be within range of 945-975 series chipset...

Well I purchased a motherboard from them the other week and they were quite friendly... Since it was just buy and go I'm not sure how helpful this is to you.
