hey bro,

from my experience with FM122 u gotta plug in the fan controller together with the molex power for it to work. Plugging in the molex alone will not start the fan.
hope it helps

th FM121 is great... performance is good.
but loud. even tuned to lower speed it is loud

when tuned to not loud.. the air flow is not as great compared to others.
sians.... I need to say a bit replace all mie with S-Flex

well actually i think its not possible for the mobo sensor to adjust the speed unless its drawing power directly frm the mobo, however looking at the power rating on the fan it will most likely fry the mobo. The fan yellow wire is only for rpm monitoring only. Feel free to correct me if i m wrong.

Bro actually if u don't wish to use the fan controller u can try using FM121 becuz it will start even w/o plugging in the controller. If u wish to continue using the FM122 w/o the controller unit my suggestion is getting a jumper to trip the pins at the controller outlet.

cheers

Actually wanna get the 121 but no stock. So just take the FM122.

I think I have to connect the controller and don;t know how to short the jumper. Will update here after I try.

But I found it very weird le. There is no manual on how to use the fan le. Noob like me used to Delta liao and no need controler or what, so I tho just plug in the molex can liao
