Its not Core 2 Duo just Core Duo, so the processor is already quite dated.
Most prob will be outdated in less than 1yr

1.66GHz is slow, considering its Core Duo, speed not so much faster than 1st Generation Centrino IMO.

Not worth it.

30 x 83 = 2490 + (upgrade of either 208 or 608)

and you get a laptop worth at most $1.4k that cannot last 1.5 yrs and 10mbps internet.

Still IMO not worth it.

The laptop + the wireless router/modem are worth at least S$1500(S$50/month). Thus you pay only S$33/month!!! for such a great plan (10Mbps/1Mbps). Somehow this laptop comes with 3 years international warranty!!!

My 2 cents.

that freaking tv not worth the IBM laptop better .it's not worth 1.4k only please IBM it's branded it's worth more...u pay 83/mth X 30 mths =$2490 and for a min upgrade of $208 to normal specification it's $2698. you get a wireless modem,a laptop(which is almost same as T60 specs) and a 10Mbps connection. If lets say you compare with a $49.9/mth 5Mbps you pay like $1200 for laptop where got so cheap one? haha worth it~woot! oh yeah about the laptop it's capable of doing video editing even intensive one cos the graphic card is build in pcie one but siao who will sia....go get a mac lah.
