Responsibilities:

* Handle sales order processing and sales administration
* Perform sales call and work closely with business development executives
* Support sales team to co-ordinate with customers on ordering & shipping
* Prepare packing lists and other documents
* Maintaining records, documents and filing
* Handle reception duties, phone calls and attending to enquiries
* Support logistics team on ordering and administration
* Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by managers

Requirements:

* Minimum GCE’O’ level with 1 year working experience in administration
* Able to work under pressure, multi task and independently
* Good telephone communication skill and effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
* Mature attitude and a keen sense to learn
* Personnel with sales and marketing experience would be advantageous
