Our company is looking for full-time admin assistant. We are in the business of organising children's parties.

Work description:
1. Handle calls for enquiries/confirmation of events
2. Arrange manpower for confirmed events
3. Prepare invoices and ensure the payment of deposits
4. Other administrative matters like data entry, updating information on the website
5. Assist in marketing initiatives
