- To provide end-users support of laptop/PC support, familiar with XP/Win 7 environment
- To provide user support for end user applications
- Training faculty and staff, mew staff induction
- Maintain and support Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- To provide maintenance of system performance, troubleshooting system hardware, software networks and all computer-based systems
- To provide preventive maintenance (health check) on servers and network equipments
- Installing / configuring new computers
- Repairing / upgrading PC, hardware and software
- Troubleshooting printers / scanners / scopiers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
- Experience in VMware, Window Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS and IBM storage manager
- Communication skills using speech and writing
- Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex problems
