Primary responsibilities
• Assist the Managing Partner with schedule and meetings
• Typing of documents, setting up an efficient filing system.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for Managing Partner and other consultants
• Management of MP's expenses
• Manage MP's correspondence and any urgent matters while MP is travelling
Secondary responsibilities
• Handling all administrative office matters, including any official matters
• Liaising with office building management
• Management of office supplies, equipment and filing systems
• Organizing office functions and activities
Candidate requirements:
• Excellent command of oral and written English
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-starter
• High attention to detail
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work with senior clients
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
Other Information:
Salary: $1500
Location: Teo Hong Road
Working days: Mon - Fri Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Duration: 1 to 2 months (Urgent)
