Responsibilities:
- OS & Software setup and configuration.
- PC/Notebook Deployment.
- Hardware/Software Troubleshooting.
- Server Troubleshooting (basic)
- Provide helpdesk support to office/overseas staff.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of networking.
Familiar with Windows environment.
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing of PC/notebooks.
Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and diligent.
