Pre-Requisite:

• At least 1 year of call centre working experience
• Good telephone etiquette
• PC literate
• Responsible, committed, self-motivated and independent
• Fluent in English and able to speak a 2nd language is an advantage
• Must have computer with broadband connection
• A phone line
• Microsoft Excel or Access installed in the computer
