Scope of Work:
.Perform general administrative duties
·Generate invoices & Sales receipt
·Handle Bank reconciliation
.Handle Stock reconciliation
·Assist in GST reporting
·Assist in month end closing
·Other general accounting duties
.Attend to phone and email enquiries
.Posting and reply in forums
.Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
. Knowledge of QUICKBOOKS accounting software preferred.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
. Excellent writing & communication skills, bilingual in both English and Mandarin
. Independent, Willing to learn, Meticulous & able to multi-task
. Only Singaporeans, Malaysian & PRC may apply.
. Prefer candidates who can start work immediately
. 6 day work week, 11 to 8pm, inclusive of weekends.
. Must be willing to work in Sim Lim Square
