can bring in the r8 80mm fan and the 1366 i7 mounting kit for the nh-c12p?
Not at the moment no. The R8 80mm fan seldom sells cause most casing now utilize the bigger 12cm fans. The mounting kit you can obtain from Noctua directly for the time being.

according to paper specs.. 62cfm @ 16dB is amazingly good. noctua's s12b-flx are 59.2 cfm @ 18.1dB, P12 are 54.3 cfm @ 19.8 dB.

other aspects to consider.
what's bearing at the silent cat ? what's the warranty like ? static pressure ? if i remember those thermaltake fans weren't cheap too.

Owners of Noctua CPU coolers can obtain the LGA1366 Mounting-Kit free of charge via this form. A proof of purchase (photo, scan or screenshot of the invoice) of both a Noctua CPU cooler and either a socket 1366 mainboard or socket 1366 CPU are required.
