Full box wit 1 year warranty... U can consider as oem or not... Since it's 100% genuine straight from the manufacturer wit full 1 year warranty... u can choose to send back to the manufacturer or do the warranty wit mi...

Hmm... I have yet to test CX300 II and PL50... but am sure tat soundmagic does offers great sound quality and great prices... and i promised them tat i will give full 1 yr warranty to u guys...
