FAQ
The Mini Notebooks from the first Mo was priced lower, why the increase?
The increase in price is partially due to increase in freight arrangements, increase in base price of the new sets.
Is there warranty for this machine?
Of course there is a 1 year warranty offered by the Manufacturer from the date of delivery. However, this only applies to manufacturing defects. We have been given the assurance that the sets are of the highest quality. However, should there be any issues. Shipment can be arranged at a low pricing.
How Long can the 6 cell batteries last
According to the manufacturer, the 6 cells battery can last up to 6 hours on pure internet surfing on LAN connection.
Does the PC comes with OEM OS?
The PC can support XP , Vista and as well as Linux systems but we do not supply the WINXP OEM OS. Its too hefty since we don't buy large scale OEM license from Microsoft. However the manufracturer can preload an XP 32 bit Eng Edition for your convenience.
Is paypal payment possible?
PayPal payment is possible but you would need to bear the additional charges, i think it is 2.5%. Else I can accept POSB/DBS fund transfer to my DBS saving accounts as well
Why is 20% deposit needed?
This is to prevent buyers from backing out after the goods has arrived. Its a problem to organizers when they have to hold stocks.
What if there is a lack of orders? Will we be refunded?
If the order has to be cancelled due to lack of order, you will be fully refunded. Refund will only be subjected to cancellation of the MO by the organizer.Organizer reserves the right to cancel the MO based on his discretion.
Intel Atom? I have never heard about it! Which computing platform is it equivilent to?
