I think the Acrylic Monitor Stand really is a good thing and it is cheap too.

Then some one ask me if wanna do a glass one and I said why not give it a try... here is the prototype...

NOTE:
- The Glass is of good quality
- All sharp edges will be rounded.
- the "legs" are lined with rubber washers.
- Looking into different coloured washers also...
- default is clear.. but look a bit green.

Cool, I want one, but width 305mm seems a bit big. Normal computer table like Sitoca etc the width is 710mm or less, my table now is 600mm, 305mm takes up half the space. So if it is so long, it will be hard to reach in and clean the surface as well.

And anyway LCD monitors nowadays are slim, my Dell monitor's base width is 190mm, so I guess 280mm is a better width?

not a problem.. test with 24" and speakers before.
and will not warp hahahahahahaha unliek the acrylic one that i have.
