try negotiating with your supplier again? afterall, you ordered 82 pieces the previous round..

The supplier super firm on the discounts given, like XX % for above $500, XX % for above $1000.

The ways i've reduced the overall cost for the previous order was order in bulk(shipping cheaper) and to bargain for payment via paypal instead of bank wire, saving on the wire transfer cost.
