Just search on some headphones forums like head-fi, you will know there's ton of fakes out there, with full packaging.

And sennheiser are notoriously famous for having tons of fakes at the market, including those sold by high trade rep members here.

One thing though, u can't get bulk goods from sennheiser through a friend. It's a policy with many companies nowadays that limited quantity be bought by their staffs.

This is the reason why i asked about whether nitric's product being legit or not. In his thread, a mod did say that his mo thread will be closed pending investigation.

am i the only one who got the IE8 from nitric... ? doesn't look fake to me, comes in the retail package box and got all the correct accessories and stuff. sounds more or less the same as those demo units at stereo electronics.

besides, if the IE8 is fake, then what abt those HD650? also fake?

U can bring over to sennheiser service centre to verify whether it is fake or not

Even if you have a real IE8, have u considered how the warranty would go now that nitric is missing? Did he even gave u a receipt? i guess not.

Nitric is really a ******* if you don sms him for the money he will never ever sms you to say sorry for delaying and so on.. he just diam diam..
and i smsed him yesterday about my $250 remaining.. he still say "i think by end of next week can"

ok update... he talked big to me about how hes going to redeem the panther back.. and all the bullcrap about him returning the money... i bugged him again the past two weeks.. he keep say he will return and this and that.. ask for my account number so he can transfer it back...

In the end.. after 2 weeks of him talking big and me bugging him like crazy, he returned me ONLY $100 OF THE $250 HE STILL OWES ME COS HE HAS NO MONEY
