Note: Due to some time differences - We didnt manage to meet up to verify NRIC in time.

This thread was approved in-principle to gather interest. However - we suggest no cash transactions take place until NRIC was verified.

Thanks

Hello orangina, I think if you MO from arcadespareparts which is based in HK it will be fair bit cheaper than lizardlickamusements? Also will you be including the restrictor gates for your MO?

Wow~!! Impressive. I've been searching high and low for Sanwa buttons and parts and ended up i've landed at akihabarashop.jp. Great service and finally got what I wanted. it's your price inclusive of shipping fees? i hope that it does. Sanwa is from Japan right? Why don't you get it from akihabarashop? I'm not trying to sell them to you, just a friendly recommendation. What's the point of getting the best sashimi all the way from US?

Hi orangina, it's nice and all that you're bringing in the parts from your friend, but the prices your friend quoted don't seem to be any better than if I were to just personally order from arcadespareparts in HK without even doing a MO.

Do correct me if I'm wrong, but excluding shipping, ASP quotes USD20.00 for a JLF-TP-8YT, while a OBSF-30 button costs USD2.00 - and they offer even lower prices up to USD16.00 and USD1+ respectively for sufficiently big orders. Taking into account the USD-SGD exchange rate which is <1.5 I think that would make ASP the better alternative.

Maybe you'd like to reconsider the transaction with your friend?

And please also verify your particulars with the Admins/Mods btw.

Just my 2 cents on this. Cheers

Before i start, i've been trying to meet up with coldfusion a few times in woodlands but due to work and all, our timings like doesnt match. i will get it verified soon. on the other hand, my nric is verified on hardwarezone mo forums.
MO: Sanwa Joystick and Buttons for Arcade Sticks - www.hardwarezone.com.sg

hi i have just checked with that website.

first of all, my price is adjusted even below the market rate in gameaxis if you did not do your research.

second of all, arcadespareparts is offering 20usd forr the stick and for you to get 16USD you have to order 100sticks. you want to order that amount?

3rd, arcadespareparts charge 12usd for shipping purchases like 1 JLF, 8buttons.

4rd, arcadespareparts charfge an additional 12usd if your order is bellow $30 usd.

So let me bring the figures to you.
Case 1, you have items more than 30usd,
1JLF+8buttons= $20usd+$16usd+$12usd shipping=$48USD= S$72(excluding charges from paypal if you use paypal additional $3.5% to hide credit card details which is =S$2.50)
Total= $74.50

Case2, you dont have items more than 30usd,
12buttons= $24usd+$12usd+$12usd= $48USD=S$72(excluding charges from paypal if you use paypal additional $3.5% to hide credit card details which is =S$2.50)
Total= $74.50

Now compare prices to my MO,
Case 1, 1JLF+8buttons= $38+$32= $S70
Case 2, 12Buttons= S$48

So, in what manner is this more expensive.
And do check gameaxis mo prices also friend.

Thanks for your 2cents, would have prefered if you did more research. thanks

However, if the general mo crowd says this price is ridiculous, i will do my best to lower it.
