Well end of the day most people are not taking care of their stuff becos h/p is so cheap now adays and especially younger generation parents buy for the kid to keep track of them but end of the day some will tell parents they lost the phone or maybe sell it to friends but end of the day if the phone is not save by hard earn money and personel save money i am sure the phone will not lost end of the day i would 100% say they deserve it ,I remember the day where i pay for my first h/p $5ooo excluding roaming to malaysia plus $500 buck and in/out going call $0.40 per min ,I have not lost my phone till today , i would say they deserve it looser weeper finder keeper
