Most of the time, the popular review sites will get them first...

CNET Asia also don't get all sample phones first....if you check their website, some are just a first glimpse of how the phone is like rather than review....and they also sometimes use reviews from overseas CNET like CNET.co.uk rather than review the phone locally.....
