how does refurbishment work?
how do i buy refurbish ipod? order only?
is it brand new condition (cosmetic) most of the time?

Apple refurbish is very good and high standards. I have buy 3 ipods previously through refurbish online and I have no complain. They look and work like new although my friend say he has buy before 1 with a minor cosmetic flaw. Only online have refurbish.

they said new shell. then why would: The risk that your unit may present minor cosmetic imperfection, such as scratches, marks, discolouration, etc.

I got one Ipod 1st generation and its refurbished..i've been using it for 1year and it's still good no complain at all...

im more worried about the cosmetic condition than the hardwareXD so how is the cosmetic? brand new, most of the time?
