Just removed it from my system and it is confirmed to be working.
Used for roughly 2 years, warranty ends 2013 January.
Comes with box and accessories including the Qconnectors, but one black SATA cable is missing.
Note that motherboard screws are not provided.

Great board that has served me for the past 2 years. Great for overclocking too, able to push my unlocked B55 to 3.71GHz, compared to a measly 3.4GHz on a 790FX board.
Condition is good, have tried cleaning the dust off.
