Only watch this if u haven read the book. My friends who read the book were disappointed with it. But i wasnt, coz i was clueless as to what was happening.

I didn't read the book but was still disappointed.

The show seems to have skipped a lot of details about how Tom Hanks crack the puzzles. I got the impression that he "by luck" solved those puzzles one (eg he accidentally saw the craving on the floor, etc)

Also the show is very predictable. From the moment Tom Hanks and the chio bu scientist met, I can guess what will happen.

The last part is trying very hard to make a twist but too bad, it is so predictable.

I expected the movie to focus on the technicality of how they both solved the puzzles.
