For the record, he did not lie. He did say "I'm back" in T3 near to the end of the movie.

However, he also did tell John Connor that "We will meet again"

I'm just damn curious on under what circumstances will they meet again in the movie Terminator Salvation, because I did not see any sign of Arnold's CGI in the trailer.

Well...Arnold is no longer a actor so i doubt that he will appear in this movie or they might get a lookalike to act as him.

well technical, john conner is the 1 who send arnold back in time, so he should have met him when he grow up.

Just watched. Very nice.

I like this new Terminator movie's mood! Find T3 too cheesy and corny and same typical plot.

And also got to see many different Terminator robots.

Enjoyed.

The John Connor says "I'll be back" is one of the few corny parts.
