Unfortunately, this scenario is a common one.

Most likely is the girl don't really love him anymore and is using NS as an excuse to break up, because if you really love someone, you will not be faltered by such a trival matter. In fact, seperation can make the relationship grow stronger.

Think on the bright side, if this happens, then you know you are not really with the right person and it is better for it to happen during NS then after married, eg. you lost your job and your wife divorce you. Like that lagi worse.

hmms i really agree what he say "seperation can make the relationship grow stronger" NS is a test from those people out there that have relationship to test that they trust each other, understand each other and other stuff if this test also can't go throught that mean this relationship really cannot make it.
