If they found out that i have cancer while i am in ns...
Then how would my pes status would be affected??????

Omg, bro wish u all the best. To heck with pes status. Health is more important than mere pes status. As long as u are certified unfit for action, u will be PLD minimum before down pes.
Fighting the cancer fker is the most important now. Hope u recover fast!
