Life will be tough for you if you are Pec C9 L2.

You will repeatedly do these three things non-stop:

C9L2 - BMT ah - to see what the PES A and B are doing in BMT loh.

See see look look mah. Cannot do also must understand what they are doing. Must understand in particular the report sick procedure since body not so good liao, otherwise life at risk. Got pple do physical training die still can explain; bo dai bo ji sit inside bunk also die very hard to explain.

Then shiong life comes after BMT. The clerks/coffeeboys always said they got the toughest lives in the Army. Mentally extremely stressful - according to them.

ORD/ROD makes little difference - once you are out, chances are they won't even call you back. They got legions of new enlistees each year with the same/similar PES status waiting to do your job.

In fact quite blessed to be call back - pay you half a month salary, let you sit in office read newspaper, play the role of old bird and delegating tasks to all the newbies clerks. Not too shabby I will say

yar those buggers still there, especially khairul, damn funny la,

C9L2 is like protect species in BMT...

C9L2... Dun be too happy.

Remember C9 only means excuse IPPT.

L2 means you can still be deployed outfield.

L3 or L9 is what excuses you from vocations.

L3 means in reservist you *should* be deployed at HQ i.e. no outfield overnight. L9 means no reservist alltogether.

I said *should* because I am L3. They still deployed me as a combat signaller out in the field, 8 years after I ORD; identical duties with pes A/B folks. L3 HQ drivers on the other hand need to RTB every night to sleep in bunk.

When you C9L2 means you still can hold a rifle, wear boots and everything in camp.

And when the whole camp go outfield exercise and you still in camp, you are pretty much the only one left to do all the guard duty.
