i think i have Nyctalopia /night-blindness cause during night training in camp at time i cant see thing clearly is there a problem of my eye ?

Is there a cure for it ? Do i need to tell my sgt abt it ?

Do you have medical proof of it? go find MO.

I didn't realise I had night blindness till my MO told me that I had but the problem was that I can see perfectly at night. Hence if you get your MO to have you on night blindness, put it to good use, ya ?

its ok to tell commanders about it.

Its quite common. During PC tour, my platoon medic is actually nightblind. The PS and 2nd SAW just need to watch out for him during nightmovement.

He is never downgraded.

You can request not to down PES ... I requested to stay in PES B and I kinda enjoy for like 6 months ... then downgraded to PES C9L9

if you indeed have night-blindness, it is a responsibility to downgrade your PES. You may end up falling into a ditch during outfield.

yea remember that although you do not want to downgrade, still please think of others, if yours is a serious case you may end up harming yourself or worse still someone else

last time my platoon got 1 bugger, slip disc, pain pain always complain, slip disc usually can downgrade.... also dun want take excuse letter still participate... you particate dun whine lor... is your own choice

Recently got a friend who downgrade to PES E cos of night blindness. Those around him claimed, they could easily beat him up cos he genuinely couldnt see in the dark.

but if you do shoot someone and they find out that you didn't declare, you'd be in deep deep sh*t.
