yup also looking at that...
anyone knows whether belkin got any antenna booster or not cos their website din show much about the antenna...
lookin at their N router but then i would need more than that.

My config will be :
2 x Wireless N router
2 x Antenna

currently only dlink seems to have the full package.
but i am also looking for other alternatives.
hopefully some networker can enlighten me

Checkout the WRT54G with the open source firmware.

the Buffalo WHR-HP-54 is your best bet.

with the included high-gain antenna, stock firmware and stock settings, i got a stable signal over 1km line-of-sight.

also cuts through 1 floor 3 walls diagonally at home with no problem.

high-gain antenna with over 1km coverage isn't very friendly to other limited networks. more courteous to use a directed antenna. (=

try 10dbi with a buffalo high power router

directional 10dbi can travel around 2km open air (tested in school, some dead spots though), connect stably around 1km.

omni i use at home, can make voip call using PDA from street
