Post details such as:
1) Plan you're using
2) Time you tested
3) Location



From tampines, tested at 4 am, on premium plan

T8100, 3GB ddr2 Ram, 250GB, Vista Home Premium

All got chop carrot by starhub, why the speed is so low. My SNBB 10mbps is much better than yours and you spend so much on "premium" plan......

MOL Premium

NFI what the hell is happening to west side, speed suddenly drop to so low since yesterday.Used to be able to view streaming video without any problem in morning and afternoon now can't even stream smoothly.
