I am sick and tired of SNBB's connection. A lot of SNBB users including me who have Playstation 3, could not update game through the PS3, rendering online gaming unaccessible due to the inability to download the update for games.

And yes, every single MaxOnline users can update the game without any problems, only EVERY SINGLE SNBB users gets problem connecting to the update server. Or do you mean we should all jump to MaxOnline instead, I am seriously thinking of doing so.

Please do something about it and don't push the blame to the game as what other people who called the hotline were told about, it's not the games' problem because everyone else not using SNBB can update it without any problems. Entering proxy server, enabling DMZ, using wired connection, all doesn't work at all.

If that is the kind of service we are getting, then good luck to SNBB.

My connection for speedtest still ok, but can't download update, gimme 1000000000kb/s also no use, can't even play online.

Motorstorm cannot update for like 1 month or so already, need Singnet to check out what's the problem.

been using both singnet and starhub....both have their problems....starhub for me was really bad during the peak hours 7pm-12midnight...
