How about NetGear WGU624 (108Mbps) Super A+G Wireless Firewall router + 4 pt switch? Cost about $199 from MediaPro Technology. It is quite rare to see A+G router nowadays as B+G combination seems to be the best for most wireless connection.

A+B+G repeaters are rare or don't exist since 2 different bands need to be repeated. probably impossible.
