uTorrent 1.7 beta has a auto adjust upload function. You could try that.

Wa mine max only 100kbps but normally 10-20 liddat nia am i doing something wrong?

Check to see if your upload is under uTorrent's anti-leech limit of 5kBps. Don't be a selfish leech, mmkay?

Try capping your upload at 80% of your max.

For example, if you have an advertised upload of 256kbps, divide by 8 to get bytes, then multiply by 0.8.
In this case you would enter a cap of 25kBps into utorrent.

Try using another Torrent downloader like the Bitlord which dwlds using your full bandwidth & it rocks.

Nothing wrong with utorrent, it's just your settings that may need so tweaking. Read the sticky in this subforum, it helped me alot. Recently, I hit 1.3mbps throughout the download of a torrent.

Check to see how much upload bandwidth your internet plan has and dedicate a good portion of that for uploading.

The more you contribute, the more justified you are to the tracker to have more download bandwidth dedicated to you.

u have to set at least upload speed 30% of ur maximum dl speed to get a better result.try updating peers when its slow.

Err, no. Upload speed should be 80% of the advertised upload, not based on your download.
