i'm on 1500 non mio getting the same problem, can only dl from local peers, not overseas peers. strange problem.

using the bundled modem.

Experiencing problems over on my end too...Seems like no problem with local peers...Although speeds keep fluctuating...Overseas seem to be like 0 to 3kb...

its a little bit faster now. >_> like 5kbps. 384kbps pacnet gets much better torrent speed than this man...
