I'm on snbb1.5k, constantly hitting 150kB/s (capped) since day 1. How come I always see ppl complain of slow speeds?

All along was ok until i did a check on the status of my downloads. then i discovered that its not getting any connection... I didnt make any changes to the setting or router.... is SNBB to blame? im using utorrent btw.

all along i haven't been experiencing any cap.

BT has always been able to reach my maximum plan speed when i was on 56k (yes haha), 512k and now 3.5mbps.

check your torrent and client settings.
