Is there anybody having problems with MaxOnline ? ricky-X2 May 18th, 07, 06:49 PM #1 (permalink)
Coz I've got a lot of disconnections from a week ago, average 15 times/day . Dunt know that problem come from StarHub or my router , but my router (NetGear WGR614 V5) is working completely well when I bring it to his home.
Then , If anyone having the same problem with me , please post here than wa can request StarHub for a better service
Thanks !
xXx

No problems here. I'm on Express, the 6Mbps plan. I'm using Netgear WGR614v4.

Especially at night, i got to keep restarting the router and modem.

Our backend engineers have monitored yr connection/signal to your modem and cable point and we found no signal issues nor latency to your modem and cable point. The problem maybe due to other hardware or technical issues.
