I want my websurfing to be priorty before Counterstrike, Starcraft, and Bittorrent. Can I open ports for Firefox? What about for DAP?

You don't need to open ports since ff will be establishing connections from inside your network. Same for DAP (http traffic in general)

QoS is generally done by your router, but some software firewalls can do it as well. You can also use more conservative settings in your BT client so it doesn't overwhelm your other traffic, you can read the sticky thread for those tips...

If you need to QoS upstream for web surfing, this should match:

TCP destination port 80.
