Dear folks,

I have a problem that is bugging me. I have a CAT 6 cable slot in my wall that is stuck. Can't lift it up. Its frustrating me because I have to have a wired connection for my new computer. How to unstuck it? The cover has come down and just cannot be pushed up like the rest in my house.

Advice please.

The slot should be screwed into the wall. Try removing it to get at the innards. It is mechanically very simple. Shouldn't take you too long to figure out what is the obstruction.

hmm after removing it,, change ur wall slot.. buy better quality one.. for cat6, the socket and the wall plug cannot save one.. cheapo give a lot of issue..
