Bought Aztech Hw550-3G ytd to replace 4-yrs old linksys, flashed latest 039 firmware.

Configuring since ytd till now, no Internet connection, frustrating...

On M1 fixed BB, any pointers?

did you call them to check or see if they have a list of approved cable modems? Scully your new Aztech model not compatitable

Is your BBOM modem in the HW compatibility list ?

Thanks All, it seems to work after reset...but signal strength fluctuates though.
