try playin the game direct from ur modem n compare if it still lags.. den its either modem or the isp line itself..

but norm i wud blame isp..cos im also having the same problem.. wknites after 7pm cant play bf2 proper without lag even in sg server..i can only play smooth after 2am.. but who wanna play on wknite ard that time.. next day no need to work ar?

now they ask me to resign contract.. but i wont sign till they fix my prob.. morever im a premium user 12mb plan since few years ago..i notice their bandwidth is getting slower when even they promise a big band..

ive no complains on DC from their networks but its unbearable to pay a premium for games n bear with all the sluggishness..now they say they will look into it.. so its a waiting game now..

their tech support will ask u to go to their utilities website n do bandwidth test connection at least 3 times...once done if bandwidth is low beyond wat ur paying for (ex.i got 5.24mb on average test its below half of the 12mb im paying for).. submit the test to their support site with ur details n bang them hard..best to test no the time u normaly play.. for me ard 8pm++

my experiences so far..

easiest way.. connect directly at night, and monitor the situation for a few nights...

They've been practising some very heavy throttling lately. From my router logs, the time period where throttling is being practised is 6:30PM to 12 midnight. On some days, it extends to 2am.

I'm capped at ~3.2mbit/s during this period of time. Their throttling mechanisms don't work very well and latencies skyrocket.

My gf is facing the same issues and her speed is like 0.56mb/s on speedtest.net. Exact same timing too. Terrible speed.

I'd cancel the MoL already if it wasn't because leaving the line activated saves me $$$..

agree with agentsnake say. try to connect directly with modem & pc, feel the speed.
check the problem come from where, easy to troubleshoot.
is better than call isp, they always give you very technical answer...
