    Uh cool.

    So it seems it is about as fast as a GTX 275. Not bad as long as ATI keeps the price in check.

    GTX 275s retail from 185 to 205 euros where I live, so a price close to that, would be acceptable I guess.

    The halved ROPs compared to 5850 really hurt its performance. Sp count seems lower than initial speculation as well. If it clocks well the 256bit memory interface should give it a good boost from 5770.

    I wonder if the HD 5830 specs is a marketing decision or a result of TSMC's yield issue (too many defective Cypress).
