You said it. Everyone is just buying the GT like theres no tommorrow. And value wise its an awesome card. But it still can't play crysis full tilt. So a revised G92 GTS might just be able to do just that. But at what price.....? Lets hope a good one!

249 seems to be very too well priced.. But we all know it should be well priced again. I was speculating the price much lesser than the GTX by quite a margin.

I definately can't see that happening but maybe closer to 300$. Hell 250$ would be SUPER awesome but i definately doubt it unless ATI somehow have some uber cards hidden in their ranks.

Hey man miracles do happen Only problem is with the success of the GT Nvidia might see a gap and up the prices of the GTS as demand has been so incredibly high for the GT. But then again ATI's cards will be out and there will hopefully be more competition in the market and prices will drop.
Well i really hope your source is right but i would still be happy with a 300$ price tag if the performance justifies it.

Since the 8800GT and new 8800GTS came out way later than
the old 8800series, I doubt Nvidia will skip on the hardware encoder found on
their midrange series cards. e.g. 8600

Also what does this have to do with Nvidia making the card themselves?
What your showing is just a Nvidia product comparison page.

Will anyone shed some light on this?
Thanks!
