I don´t think so, i guess they've used an E6850 or around because i get around 11300 points with my 8800GT without OCing on Vista64 with my E6400@3200Mhz

The clue is the C2D gets more points than any X2 from AMD, many more points i would say...

Geforce 9600 GT can perform on par with HD3870 512MB is good considering that it's supposed to replace 8600 GTS and to fight HD3850 256MB

Does that mean a sad end to the HD 3800 series? Looks like ATI needs to adjust their pricing to position the HD 3800 series properly or the 9600GT will wipe them out.

well considering the 8800ultra is about 4 times faster or even more than the 8600gts, than the 9800gtx or the 9800ultra whatever the next super highend is, should be twice as fast as the 8800ultra, assuming the 9600gts is based on the next gen architecture.

Last thing I've read price should be around 150 EUR. Depends on what the final prices are going to be. ATi can also drop the prices a lot, will be nice to see whats coming.
