So 9800 GX2 doesn't use same GPU's that 8800 GTS 512MB sports? 8800 GTS 512MB has G92-400-A2 when this baby here uses G92-450-A2's

So ugly card or should I say cards with a 200g of thermal grease.
9800GX2 is generating huge amount of heat - maybe ln2 can help her to live with a cool head

Depends..on clocks; if it's downclocked so that it'll consume as much as Geforce 8800 GT 512 crossfire then this one shouldn't have problem (this GF 9800 GX2 has Huge fan compared to HD 38700 X2..which should play to GX2's favor)

Man, this looks like a fugly mess compared to the elegant PCB layout of the 3870X2.

ATI is the clear winner, considering price/performance ratio. In my country it is listed for 365 euros, and that price nVidia will never be able to beat with its GX2!

1. So you know how powerful 9800 GX2 is?
2. So you know what price they will use for 9800 GX2?

In my country (The next one in west from you) 8800 GTX costs 350€ and HD 3870 X2 450€..theres 28.6% difference there making that fight already tough. In Germany it's 315€ for 8800 GTX and 380€ for HD3870 X2, 20.6% difference.
-----

Intresting that people somehow think that 9800 GX2 will be very expensive? Some say that it will double the 8800 GTS prices, but why would they do that when they can use smaller price tag?

Who cares, you put the card in your PC and the rest is performance and framerates... I am more worried about all-arround SLi performance since these dual GPU cards (including AMD.ATI products) almost always need a new driver for every new game that comes out...

In our country card is not yet available, let alone listed for 365€...Besides, how can you say that ATI is a "clear winner" when you haven't seen performance of 9800gx2 yet ?
