MSI is using same kind of cooler just with different plastic cover.

So Palit did copy this model for it's Gainward brand also. They also had this one with their Palit and Xpertvision brands (with yellow plastics, but cooler it self was identical.

Palit-brand-version has 20 USD higher MRSP. but also has game bundle..

Palit owns Gainward... so it shouldn't be surprising that their products have some similarities.
