I don't get it.. (comparing to G92 8800 GTS):
1) +25MHz for core and +130Mhz for memory.. with identical overclocking capabilities

2) Much higher power consumption and need for second power connector

3) Much longer card

4) Little bit better cooler + Tri-SLI

5) 100 USD higher price
