9800GTX lose to 8800GTS 512?

also, is the 8800GTS at stock?

reviews never fail to contradict what i hear or see periodically.

Yep. A normal 8800 GTS isn't stock clocked at 740 on the core.

even the 8800gt's clocked @ 660. shldn't it be 600 on stock?
