That's what i want to hear!

I hope it is true and not just a reply to Nvidia's announcements regarding their latest drivers.

It is nice to see improvements from both companies!

I was waiting how long; it was running as fast as my G80 8800GTS 320MB after I overclocked it. Finally it seems worth my money cuz the 4850 is never stable however i OC it...

You can easily increase the catalyst limits through easily implemented BIOS tweaks. I have my 4850 running at 735Mhz now, rock stable. It idles at 160Mhz too (thanks Teemax)!

If you are refering to 4850mems, then you are most likely out of luck. My Sapphire 4850 has Quimondas rated at 1Ghz max! It can't go any further. Still with the clock increase, the card gained 15% performance.
