We first told you about the GeForce 9600 GT Green Edition card a while back and now we have some sneak peek on the card itself. What differs from the current GeForce 9600 GT cards is the PCB itself. We can expect this card to be priced cheaper (less than US$90 perhaps) than the current 9600GT cards due to some savings on the PCB department. As such, this move by Nvidia will put a squeeze on ATI Radeon HD 4670 card which is currently priced at around US$80.

The core voltage is at 1.0V instead of 1.1V and that allows the core to be clocked lower at 600MHz instead of 650MHz.

Don't you mean, "The core is clocked at a lower 600MHz instead of 650MHz, this allows the core voltage to be set at 1.0V instead of 1.1V"?

To be exact they didn't touch memory clocks. Memory has only tiny partion of whole power consumption of graphics card..no point doing things there.
