G98 (8400GS) specs are wrong. They have 16sp, not 8 as indicated above.

Nope. You are confusing G98-8400GS with G86-8400GS.

G98 version has only 8SP, but has higher clocks [should still lose]

way low specs, but 22 tdp is not bad...
but this is a mobile part, so what can you expect
